Professional development on the 7 Habits and Core Paradigms throughout the year the SEL coach and other coaches.
Each new teacher hired is assigned a mentor for the first 2 years of their employment in the district.
Coaches/Administrators/Action Teams have district WIGs and lead measures.
Grade-level teams have WIGs and lead measures and use PLC time to discuss progress.
