6.3 - Empowering Instruction

There are systems in place to ensure all teachers collaboratively plan lessons and reflect on effectiveness together. Once a week, teachers meet with the instructional coach to analyze data and discuss best practices in core areas. Teachers routinely use their provided plan time to collaborate with team members about how to best help students.

Student Led Learning

Students have developed into creative problem-solvers who take charge of their learning. Students are empowered to develop ideas, share their thinking and talents, and synergize with others make their ideas a reality.

Trusting Relationships

Trusting relationships are essential for student growth. Having trustworthy coworkers and relationships with your students makes everyone feel like a part of a family. At Franklin we continue to build bonds with not only each other, but our kiddos as well.
